Healthy Eating Fri: Watch what you drink

One of the easiest ways to stay fit is to cut out extra calories.  Many times people choose a salad, or eat a little less — both of which are great — but there is something even simpler! Just drink water with your meal or any other time you’re thirsty instead of sugary drinks and sodas.

This will keep you feeling great as well since you won’t have a sugar crash, plus you will stay hydrated! It takes no extra time, maybe just a little bit of discipline!
