HardCore Monday: Star Plank and Weave

If you mastered the side plank from last week, you are ready to take it up a notch and do the star plank and weave. Keep your legs, glutes, and core contracted so you can stay balanced on the one leg as you extend the other arm to the sky and then weave it through. This is a much more intense variation to the side plank so take your time to get here. Practice doing regular side planks for at least a week before attempting this exercise. If you experience wrist pain with this exercise, try rolling up the edge of your mat towards you so your wrist has more of an elevated cushion to rest on.
