WOAW: Sitting Leg Lifts

This basic exercise will help keep your legs from falling asleep while under your desk all day. Sitting up tall on your ball or chair, extend one leg out in front of you and gently raise it up and lower it down a few inches. Focus on contracting the leg without locking out the knee. Alternate sides, doing between 8-10 lifts on each leg if you can.
