Thurs. Arms: Frontal and Lateral Raise

This is a great exercise to work your frontal and lateral deltoids at once. Be careful not to swing your arms or take them over shoulder height. The movement should be controlled, precise — be sure to imagine where you are going to put your arms before taking them there. Keep your tailbone tucked under for strong torso stability and to protect the lower back.
