WOAW: Spinal Twist

Sitting completely still and not stretching your body all day will lead to discomfort, inflexibility, and possibly serious back problems. So every couple of minutes, stretch your arms and take some deep breaths. For the sitting spinal twist, take your arms out to your sides and twist your body to one direction for 2 quick inhales and then return to center for 2 quick exhales. Repeat on both sides an equal number of times to keep some movement going in your back and torso.
