Healthy Eating: Sub Granola in for Snacks

You may be someone that likes to go for chips or other salty snacks when you get those mid-day hunger pangs, but if you want the same quick and easy access that you can get from a bag of chips, start keeping granola around instead!  Granola comes in all kinds of flavors, and of course can be mixed in with yogurt if you want a change of pace.

Find a flavor that gives you the same satisfaction as those salty snacks, and you will be well on your way to looking better, feeling better and living better!
