Yoga Weds: Side Angle

This is a great pose to strengthen the legs, glutes and arches of the feet and it will also stretch the groin, hips, hamstrings, and the side of your body. Don’t force the half or full bind if you aren’t there yet! But if you’re going for that bind, enjoy the opening it will bring to your chest, shoulders, and heart.
