HardCORE Monday: Boat Pose

This abdominal exercise, traditionally used in yoga and pilates, is a great way to strengthen the abs, back, and hip flexors. For beginners, start with your feet on the ground and then gradually take one foot off the floor and then the other when you’re ready. Start to row the boat by bringing your arms together and row your arms from side to side to work the obliques.
