Work out at work: abductor/adductor push and squeeze

To work your abductors (outer thighs) tie a belt around your legs and push your legs against the belt. Use the belt as resistance. To counter this, work the adductors (inner thighs) by either placing your fists between your legs or by placing a book between your legs. Then just use your hands or book as resistance and push your thighs in. These exercises are really simple and you can do them without even moving your legs out from under your desk!
