Yoga Wednesday: Down Dog Vinyassa

New Yogis and Yoginis – Don’t be intimidated by this flow! You can do the whole thing on your knees and go into child’s pose rather than down dog! Practice linking your breath to the movement: inhale into high plank, exhale into low plank, inhale into up-dog or cobra, exhale into down dog or child’s pose. And don’t forget – yoga breathing is all happening through the nose!
