Leg toning Tuesday: Wide squat with Pelvic Tuck

Who said squats have to be boring? Practice your hip-rolling dance moves in this wide-leg squat stance. Engage your glutes, adductors, abductors, and pelvic muscles with the “tuck” either between squats or during squats. Do it on your toes for more of a challenge!
