HardCORE Monday: Roll-up

This pilates move is much harder than it looks! Remember to go at your own pace. You can do it with both feet on the ground and use your legs for assistance to get up, or you can do it with one or both legs extended. To make this exercise even more challenging, hold a light set of weights. Be sure you are rolling up and rolling down one vertebrae at a time to really engage all your core muscles.
