Thursday Arms: Chest Fly

I use soup cans in these upper body videos to show that EVERYBODY can do this and you don’t need special equipment to get started! Just get moving, that’s what matters! Once the soup cans become too easy, then go out and get yourself a set of weights! In the chest fly, only reach your arms out as wide as you are comfortable with. Once you start to feel an uncomfortable pull you’ve gone too far. Listen to your body.
